The 1st grade students in Ms. Hau's class have been watching Eagles online as the eagles have sat on their nests and hatched their eaglets. They used Chatterpix, an ipad app, to share some eagle facts.

Using a simple block coding program, they were able to create computer games. Click the image below to see their games.
The fourth grade students worked with Patty Talen to create this year's March 4th Performance.
1st Grade students used the ipad apps, Doodle Buddy and Book Creator, to create a new page for the classic Gingerbread Man Story. Their pictures show what they thought might try to catch their runaway Gingerbread Man.

The second grade students used library books and PebbleGo to research an animal and its habitat and adaptations. They also studied the text features found in nonfiction books and websites. They took notes, and wrote information about their animal into the pages of Book Creator, an iPad app. When they were finished, they recorded their writings to share with other students. Mrs. LeeMrs. SchmitzThird grade students in Mrs. Josephs' and Mrs. Kohlmann's classes researched a rock or mineral using the Rocks and Minerals iPad App. Then they used Pic Collage to create posters to illustrate their findings on the many uses of rocks.
